- Sunday: Goat Cheese and Sun Dried Tomato Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Parmesan garlic orzo, salad and garlic bread
- This was yummy delicious! Next time I would rather just make risotto instead of the parmesan garlic orzo or make it as a regular pasta and not toast it like the recipe instructs.
- Monday:Skinny Slow Cooked Pernil (Puerto Rican Pork)
- Tuesday: Chicken Ropa Vieja with Chipotle's "Skinny" Cilantro Lime Rice
- Wednesday: Burgers
- Thursday: Boys are on their own!
- Friday: Spaghetti with garlic bread and salad
- Saturday: Pork Sliders (leftovers)
- Bonus Recipe: French Bread
- I will make this recipe one time on Sunday and use it in the following manner:
- Loaf 1 = Sunday & Friday (I'll cut the loaf in 1/2 prior to baking)
- Loaf 2 = Tuesday & Saturday, I'll cut in the following manner prior to baking
- 1/3 of loaf cut in 1/2 for Wednesday's burgers
- 2/3 of loaf cut into 6th or 8th for the sliders
