Flank Steak with Red Pepper & Carrot Risotto - YUM!!!!
The steak recipe is from the Food Network Magazine, I think October '09.

For the risotto, follow the recipe on the arborio rice container. Once the rice has absorbed the last of the stock add your cooked vegis.
